Kendall Jenner Breaks Silence on Bruce Jenner's Transition

UPDATE: Kendall is now slamming Us Weekly, saying she did NOT give this quote. Read what Kendall had to say about the subject here.

Kendall Jenner has spoken out to support her father Bruce Jenner during his transition into becoming a woman.

This is the first time the 19-year-old model – or anyone in the family – has addressed the topic publicly, and it definitely sounds like Kendall is fully supportive.

“I love my dad. He’s always been there for me and my sisters,” Kendall told Us Weekly. “He’s a wonderful man. And just because he’s changing shoes now, so to speak, doesn’t make him less wonderful. I will always love my dad, whether he’s a man or a woman.”

Ive always seen Bruce as the typical childish dad who is only with his children for play and fun. The only person they really love is their mom.

I guess in this day and age people are supposed to be tolerant and respectful of everything— even a man at age 65 changing to a woman. And we get put down if we dare to criticize this? But I really think it is WEIRD of Bruce to be transitioning to a woman. I mean- people are either man or woman, They can have whatever sexual preference they choose and dress how they choose- but to change one;s gender- I mean- c’mon. that is just creepy. Especially when one has kids. Ewww.

He can’t be a woman. That is impossible unless definitions are changed.

In Mexico we have a case. This person is a well known composer and singer and at the age of 74 he decided to become a woman. He has 6 children. Here is some info, but it is in Spanish.

So, I think that if this makes them happy, why not. Better later than never. And at the end it is their life and who we are to judge them.

They can’t change their gender. That’s what’s so pathetic about this who “transition” bullshit. All they can do is take hormones that are meant for the opposite gender and go to a doctor who will hack off their private parts and try to use the leftovers to make something else in some kind of bizarre Frankenstein operation. But this isn’t changing their gender.

I am for people who are having gender reassignment but honestly if it’s my father I’ll be a little bit confused because his role in my life is going to change. I am used to him being my protector, The family who hold it up but from a man to be a woman it will take time for me to accept that. As for Kendall I don’t believe her. She likes the idea but when the time comes that Bruce will be a woman. I am willing to bet that she will freak out.

“And we get put down if we dare to criticize this?”
Yes, because you’re transphobic. Gender is a social construct. Someone who is assigned male at birth doesn’t have to grow up to be masculine.

Even though I think the Kardashian/Jenner family is a huge joke, I kind of like Bruce Jenner and feel sorry for him. If he really wanted to be a woman for all of his life but he never dared to be open about it, it must have been so hard for him all those years. Hope he’ll be happier after having the surgery (not everyone is, so it’s really risky).

i don’t like the family but I DO like her continuing love for her father and that she isn’t afraid to say that even if what he’s doing is out of the ordinary for a lot of people.

I just thought I love that she says that- not on camera not to sell kuwtk or else.. – you only have one father. I lost mine to cancer years ago and I wish he’d be here every day. So it’s right and lovely if you care about your parents, support and love them as long as you have them (and of course only if they weren’t horrible parents ;) )..
Then I just read that she says the quote is not hers…

  • Welly

Hate this family. It’s nice that she loves and caring about her dad.

At the end of the day its not your life and you will likely never meet this man or interact with him so what does it matter what he does? there are far worse things going on in the world than a bored millionaire transitioning into a woman to make himself happier
