Shia LaBeouf's 'Cabaret' Charges Will Be Dismissed
Shia LaBeouf heads into court for a hearing on the charges of disorderly conduct from his Cabaret outburst on Friday morning (March 20) in New York City.
The 28-year-old actor disrupted a performance of the Broadway show back in June 2014 and he accepted a jail-free plea offer. He had to attend three months of treatment and then display good behavior over the next several months to get the case dismissed.
Now, the judge says that if Shia shows good behavior for six more months, the charges will be dismissed.
“As long as you stay out of trouble for… six months from today, this case will be dismissed and sealed,” Judge Ann Scherzer said (via New York Daily News).
