Liam Neeson Hasn't Been Offered 'Star Wars VII' Role
Liam Neeson keeps a super low profile while doing grip exercises and crossing the street on Thursday (March 19) in the Upper West Side neighborhood of New York City.
The week before, the 62-year-old actor stopped by Watch What Happens Live to promote his new movie Run All Night.
During the appearance, Liam opened up about the upcoming Star Wars film.
“I’m glad they’re doing it,” Liam said. “I think it’s an extraordinary franchise and it taps into the whole arthurian legends, myth, and cultures from around the world. No, I haven’t had a phone call. To be a part of it, no.”
In case you don’t remember, Liam played Qui-Gon Jinn in 1999′s Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace, and provided his voice for the animated series Star Wars: The Clone Wars.
