Regardless of the murder charge, she DID falsely accuse an innocent man of rape and murder (her boss at the time, Patrick) which caused HIM to go to jail for several weeks and caused him an international embarrassment and humiliation. She should consider the 3 years she served in prison as coverage for THAT crime.

    Uh, no. Try again.

Uh, yes, Penny is right. Ms. Knox is playing with fire… she knows what she did.

Good for her. I hope she is properly compensated for what the corrupt Italian prosecutors did to her.

It was the prosecutors who came up with Lamumba’s name and fed her that suggestion. Very typical interrogation technique to trick and confuse the object of their questioning. The onus of Lamumba’s arrest is on them not on Knox.

I think she’s going to have a very, very hard time for this.

Proving murder comes with a high standard of proof (especially if you have a multimillion $ PR campaign and an extradition that could lead to diplomatic issues).

With all the circumstantial evidence and some forensic evidence, it’s easy enough for the dozens of judges and the police team and the prosecutors to demonstrate reasonable grounds for arresting her.

She needs to fade away gracefully. As she said, she’s damn lucky (an innocent person would never describe themselves this way; they’d be angry as hell). But I think it’s the parasites around her urging her on. She has next to zero chance for compensation.

There’s no other plausible explanation for the staged break-in and clean-up. She was there. If she cleaned up, it’s probable that she was a participant in the murder. She needs to just go away and count herself very, very lucky her parents did a massive PR campaign for her. She should get Sollectio’s wealthy family to pay her for her help in setting him free.

And if she wants compensation, maybe she should pay Patrick Lumumba first.

Oh I see! Because YOU , doctor detective Sherlock, have ALL the answers.
