Brooklyn Beckham Works at a Small French Cafe in London

Brooklyn Beckham may be a model and have famous parents, but he still makes his own money!

His father David recently revealed during his appearance on The Late Late Show With James Corden that his 16-year-old son works at “a small French cafe in London.”

“You know what kids are like! They want new soccer boots,” David said. “They want new sneakers. It came to the point where he turned 14 and I thought, ‘If you want something then go and work, and then you’ve got your own money.’”

He said Brooklyn works there every Saturday and Sunday for a few hours, so “he gets his own pocket money.”

But because his modeling career is starting to take off, David said, “I heard him telling his smaller brother the other day and asking him if he would take over his job.”

Am I the only one who thinks this kid really isn’t cut out to be a model? Anyways, I think the Beckhams have done a good job raising their children to be down to earth, and good people. That’s what truly matters.

It’s a valuable lesson that will serve him well for the rest of his life.
