“Well it hurts your feelings more if it’s someone else that you like. Ya know, if it’s you you’re just like whatever. I think what hurts my feelings for people is that I’ll have a meet and greet after the show and a girl whose like bigger than me will be in the meet and greet and be like ‘wow, if they think you’re big I must be so fat to them.’ And it’s like you’re just who you are. We are who we are. Whatever size. Like. And it doesn’t mean that we’re gonna be that forever,” Kelly shared.

love Kelly as for the British pseudo celeb who weight shamed her that’s her shtick so what if Kelly is built larger for her height she doesn’t have any pre existing medical conditions that are publicly known and she’s retaining a few pounds of her pregnancy weight for nursing purposes as your supposed to

This is 21 century and take a look at women on this century we talk about that we are “free” that there are no longer oppression but look she is a SINGER and because she gained weight is a problem for her to sell her music and now on day in order to sell music women has to sing on stage with babydoll almost naked all of them with tiny thongs

  • jason

her weight is not a problem but her bad music is

  • Zoee

That is very good reason for not liking a singer , I also believe she does mediocre music

If u have some decency, start dieting and make some sport instead of parading ur issues on media and regurgitate the same old bullshit. If ur weight wouldnt be a problem to u, u didnt make a fuss out of it, end of story.

    Not by all means, dear

If she choose to stay that size that is her choice. However, her stylist need to learn to dress her in clothing that won’t make her look heavier. That dress is awful on her and it makes her look bigger when she is not.

She has become really fat and needs to lay off the burgers. Probably just too lazy to work out and diet every day.

“doesn’t mean that we’re gonna be that forever” is just another excuse to stay fat. This is the thing. . .I love me some Kelly Clarkson! She is so down to earth, nice, talented, adorable, etc. However, cut the BS when it comes to weight. She’s not a healthy chubby girl. The evolution of Kelly is captured in photos over the years. She’s not fat because she had a baby. She slowly, but surely got fat BEFORE getting pregnant. Face it, homegirl likes to get her grub on! She’s not obese now, but she will be at this rate. All it takes is 10 lbs a year to creep up on you and one more pregnancy and she’s going to wake up one day soon and be 100 lbs overweight. Then she’ll be known for her contract with Jenny Craig or Weight Watchers instead of for her music. Top that with her inability to dress herself and you have a modern-day Mama Cass Elliott. I don’t want Kelly to die one day gorging on a fried chicken leg. Someone needs to exercise (no pun intended) tough love on her! She’s rich so I know she can afford a personal trainer and a chef who cooks delicious calorie-conscious meals. She’s still young enough to do something about it. The bottom line is, she’s lazy and full of excuses. While she’s at it, she needs to HIRE A STYLIST!!! She dresses like a frumpy trailer park housewife. It’s not good, but there’s an easy solution. She just needs to exert the same effort to exercise as she uses to tackle a Hometown Buffet.

Kelly needs to hire whoever dresses Octavia Spencer. Octavia is 10 years older than Kelly, but looks se * x * y, classy, and gorgeous every time she walks out the door because she had the good sense to hire a talented stylist who understands her body type and accentuates her attributes. While she’s at it, please hire someone to do your hair! I’m sure there’s a 20-something or 30-something actress or singer that will give you the number of their hair stylist. What’s the hesitation?! Don’t you want to look pretty for yourself, your husband, and help your career?! It is kind of distracting looking at you when you perform. It’s like you just don’t care. Please care a little.

I agree, it’s like saying to her audience “you aren’t worth me looking good”. It really doesn’t take that much to lose some weight. Start by eating food that is good for you, not junk and find an activity you like and move your body thirty minutes a day. No fancy diet or slaving at the gym required. If she’s just lazy and doesn’t care she will likely remain overweight.

What really angers me is the burden all the overweight people are putting on our health care system. Next time you are at a Doctor’s office take a look at how many overweight people are there and we are all paying for their privilege of being overweight.

  • Priscilla Evans

You are SOOOO right. I sit there and talk to the TV saying she shouldn’t be wearing that. If she is going to wear dresses they should be between her knee and ankle. They should not have a belt at all.

  • Jennifer Fielding

She didn’t just have a baby. She gave birth MONTHS ago. She should’ve lost the weight by now. She looks worse now than she did while she was pregnant. She needs to take better care of herself if she wants to stay in this business. How does she expect to compete with Taylor and Britney if she looks like Rebel Wilson?

  • Kary

OMG that dress is awful, her stylist must hate her, and it’s ok to love yourself and love your body but being overweight is not healthy at all, I think she is just lazy… if she doesn’t want to workout at least she needs to try to eat healthy, she gave birth months ago and she is heavier than when she was pregnant. and it’s not because her career or because she’s famous, it’s because you can’t do that to your body one thing is being curvy and another be fat

Music is supposed to be about music. It’s not a fashion show. People shouldn’t download your tunes because you’re skinner than another singer.

  • Allison Marra

If Rebel Wilson could sing, she’d probably knock them all out of the ball park.
