Olivia Munn Joins 'X-Men: Apocalypse' as Psylocke!

Olivia Munn has just joined the cast of X-Men: Apocalypse in the role of Betsy Braddock, also known as Psylocke.

“Excited to welcome @oliviamunn as Betsy Braddock! #Psylocke #XmenApocalypse #XMEN” director Bryan Singer posted on his Instagram account.

Also starring in the new film are James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Nicholas Hoult and Rose Byrne, who are all returning to the franchise. Oscar Isaac and Kodi Smit-McPhee are new to the series.

According to Marvel, Psylocke “can generate a telekinetic katana, or direct her telekinesis through her fists to strike as if she had superhuman strength; she is also immune to telepathic probes and attacks.”
