Gisele Bundchen looks radiant while walking down the runway during the Colcci show held during Sao Paulo Fashion Week Summer 2016 on Wednesday (April 15) in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

This was the last runway the 34-year-old supermodel will walk in her career, unless she decides to come out of retirement one day!

Gisele got support from her loving husband Tom Brady, who sat in the front row alongside her parents Valdir and Vania.
