Vanessa Hudgens Shows Off Her Red Nose For Red Nose Day

Vanessa Hudgens wears a long coat over a cute pink crop top as she heads out of her apartment in New York City on Saturday afternoon (April 25).

The 26-year-old actress was seen out just the day before, carrying her pup Darla in her arms as she headed to the Neil Simon Theatre for Gigi.

Earlier in the week, Vanessa joined co-star Max Clayton to support Red Nose Day.
