Tom Hardy Gets a Kiss From His Dog in New PETA Adoption Ad

Tom Hardy gets a big lick from his dog Woodstock in this brand new ad campaign for PETA promoting pet adoption.

The 37-year-old Mad Max: Fury Road actor saved Woody from a highway while filming Lawless several years ago. Actress Jessica Chastain was on location when Woody was rescued, and her mom actually watched Woodstock before he was cleared to move to the UK with Tom!

“To me, a dog actually is the heart of a family in many ways, in life,” Tom previously told New York Magazine. “A dog is important because its unconditional love is there. If a dog is there, and a dog is happy… then you know it’s a happy home.”

Love this! A man who has an appreciation for animals is sexy in my book.

PETA is not a humane organization. If you want to support animals the ASPCA – The Human Society is the way to go. PETA and its members routinely kidnap animals from homes and euthanize them because they feel they know better (no veterinarians are employed by PETA, FYI). They’ve been caught dumping dozens of dead animals in garbage bins. Do a google search ‘PETA killings’ – I’m dead serious. My two friends who go to vet school informed me of this. I’m not one of those armchair advocates but this is serious. PETA comes to celebrities with the lure of positive PR and showing they are compassionate….it’s bogus. In Hardy’s defense (and basically all those duped by PETA in Hollywood), he’s not to blame. Tons of people fall for it.
