Ellen Pompeo and Michelle Monaghan keep it chic and sophisticated while attending The A Gala held at the Four Seasons Hotel on Saturday (May 9) in Los Angeles.

The 45-year-old Grey’s Anatomy star and Michelle, 39, were joined by Emmanuelle Chriqui, Ali Larter and her husband Hayes MacArthur, and singer Jewel at the event celebrating Aviva Family and Children’s Services 100th Anniversary.

The gala saluted the non-profit agency’s commitment to excellence in providing support, therapeutic services and guidance to a diverse group of at-risk children and their families in Los Angeles County.
