Joshua Davis and Adam Levine entertain the crowd while performing Paul Simon‘s “Diamonds on the Soles of Her Shoes” during day one of The Voice Season 8 Finale on Monday (May 18) in Universal City, Calif.

The 37-year-old contestant also sang Leonard Cohen‘s “Hallelujah” and original song “The Workingman’s Hymn,” which he wrote.

“So proud to share these songs with you. “The Workingman’s Hymn” is a song of mine about having hope in troubled times. “Hallelujah” is a Leonard Cohen song that is absolutely gorgeous. Please consider buying them from iTunes, voting and sharing!” Joshua wrote on Instagram after the show.
