Leonardo DiCaprio Sues Magazine Over Rihanna Baby Story

Leonardo DiCaprio is suing the French magazine Oops after the media outlet falsely reported that he is having a baby with rumored flame Rihanna.

In addition to falsely reporting that Rihanna is pregnant, the magazine also claimed that Leo would not want anything to do with the baby.

After Leo filed a lawsuit seeking the French law’s maximum 18,000 Euros (approximately $20,000), the owner of the magazine admitted to Gossip Cop that the story was not true. “We thought she might be. We were not sure, of course,” the owner said about Rihanna being pregnant.

Leo found out about the cover story when he was attending the Cannes Film Festival in France last month, according to court documents. His legal team will be heading to court in Paris on June 16.
