President Obama Says N-Word During Interview on Racism

President Barack Obama has surprised a lot of people after he openly said the N-word during an interview about racism on Marc Maron‘s “WTF” podcast.

“The legacy of slavery, Jim Crow, discrimination in almost every institution of our lives, you know, that casts a long shadow, and that’s still part of our DNA that’s passed on. We’re not cured of it,” the President of the United States says in the interview.

“And it’s not just a matter of it not being polite to say ‘n——-’ in public,” Obama continues. “That’s not the measure of whether racism still exists or not. It’s not just a matter of overt discrimination. … Societies don’t overnight completely erase everything that happened 2-300 years prior.”

While Obama has very good points I just get tired of hearing about the past. What can WE do know? How can WE come together? How Mr. President are you getting Americans together. The last time Americans was together was the day after 9/11. Why can’t we come together again. Sitting there reflecting on the past otracities doesn’t get us anywhere. I’m more interested on how we move forward. We need a forward thinking president not just popular sound bites.

Over a thousand Arabic and Muslim men and women were detained and held following 9/11. Everyone wasn’t together, the racial profiling was just shifted to a different group.

So colour of skin determines what words you can say? That would be racist ideology!! DUMB!
