Caitlyn Jenner's Full 'Vanity Fair' Interview Released - Read the Quotes!

Caitlyn Jenner debuted on Vanity Fair‘s July 2015 issue just a few weeks ago, and now the entire story is available online to read.

Here’s what the 65-year-old reality star and former Olympian had to share with the mag:

On Kris Jenner: “I think in a lot of ways she became less tolerant of me. Then I’d get upset and the whole relationship kind of fizzled. A lot of times she wasn’t very nice. People would see how I got mistreated. She controlled the money … all that kind of stuff.”

Kris, on her marriage: “When I met Bruce, he told me that he had done hormones back in the early 80s. This was a conversation that took place in the early 90s. So, what he was telling me happened a decade earlier, and he never really explained it…there wasn’t a gender issue. Nobody mentioned a gender issue. Somebody mentioned that [he] at one point in his life liked to dress up.”

Burt Jenner, on Caitlyn: “I have high hopes that Caitlyn is a better person than Bruce. I’m very much looking forward to that.”

On pronoun use: “I don’t really get hung up. A guy came in the other day and I was fully dressed—it’s just habit, I said ‘Hi, Bruce here,’ and I went, Oh f*ck, it ain’t Bruce, I was screwing up doing it.”

On feeling like a lie: “Underneath my suit I have a bra and panty hose and this and that and thinking to myself, They know nothing about me. I walk off the stage and I’d feel like a liar. And I would say, ‘F*ck, I can’t tell my story. There’s so much more to me than those 48 hours in the stadium, and I can’t talk about it.’ It was frustrating. You get mad at yourself…. Little did they know I was totally empty inside. Totally empty inside.”

On the impact of her Diane Sawyer interview: “Honestly, since the Diane Sawyer piece every day it’s exciting to go to the mailbox, because I get letters every day from all of these people from all over the world. I’ve gotten a lot from trans women, telling their story, and how excited they were to see the Diane piece.”

It’s all me, me, me, more publicity, more sympathy, and his ex became less tolerant of him, geez I wonder why. “She wasn’t very nice and I got mistreated” OMG, get a grip and stop your bitching.

Maybe if no one watches his new show, he’ll finally realize it’s not that big a deal. He can do whatever he wants, just do it in the privacy of his own life.

I believe he said in once piece that he was in church and “God” spoke to him and revealed (or something similar) that this was “his calling” — that God had called him and he was “now the la-ti-da on this issue. It came out like he was the damn second-coming. He seems to be more obsessed with “looking” like a 50′s pinup than anything else. Enough plastic surgery and I guess you can look any way you want these days. His “female” ego has gotten so big (ohhhhh, she/your/blah soooo beeeeautiful) he is going to have to keep his head in the garage. No wonder the trans community is a little unsteady about him. It’s not about them, he’s NOT God-sent, cut out the 24/7 glam squad, you are an embarrassment to everyone.

Okay look, we know she said that she didn’t get hung up on pronouns, but that doesn’t make them any less important. She is a woman, use the correct pronouns. What she is doing is a big deal in terms of trans awareness. She is speaking up for issues in the community and making an important impact. it IS a big deal
