Tom Brady Emerges After His 10 Hour Deflategate Appeal Case

This week, the 37-year-old New England Patriots quarterback underwent a 10-hour hearing to appeal the decision of the deflategate scandal, which resulted in his four game suspension from the upcoming season. Tom will now have to wait for NFL commissioner Roger Goodell to come up with a decision.

“I don’t know what the timetable is,” Jeffrey Kessler, the attorney who represented Tom at the hearing, told reporters about when to expect a decision. “I think we put in a very compelling case.”

If you aren’t aware, the deflategate scandal happened earlier this year when it was found out that the Patriots used under-inflated footballs during a playoff game against the Colts. Attorney Ted Wells then put together a findings report, which said that Tom must have known there was an issue with the footballs.
