Sean Combs Avoids Felony Assault Charges For UCLA Fight

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has just dodged a bullet, the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office has decided not to charge him with felony assault and battery for his recent fight with UCLA coach Sal Alosi.

The 45-year-old mogul’s case will now be referred to the city attorney’s office, who will decide if he should be charged with a misdemeanor.
