Former President George H.W. Bush Breaks Bone in Neck
George H.W. Bush took a hard fall on Wednesday (July 16) at his summer home in Kennebunkport, Maine.
The 91-year-old former President broke a vertebrae in his neck, though “it was not life threatening,” his spokesman Jim McGrath told CNN.
He is reportedly “very stable” after being transported to a hospital.
“We are not expecting a long stay,” McGrath said, adding that President Bush will have to use a neck brace.
We are sending well wishes to the former President for a speedy recovery!
