Kelly Rutherford Walks Red Carpet With Her Adorable Kids!

Kelly Rutherford walks the red carpet at the OCRF’s Super Saturday event on Saturday (July 25) in Water Mill, N.Y.

The 46-year-old former Gossip Girl actress was joined at the event by her two children – Hermes, 8, and Helena, 6, – and their cute dog.

Kelly is in the midst of a custody battle with her ex Daniel Giersch and just a few days ago she was hit with some devastating news. The judge in California ruled that she does not have the jurisdiction to fight for custody of the kids in that state as a judge in Monaco already granted Daniel full custody.
