Jennifer Lawrence to Be Directed by Boyhood's Richard Linklater in 'The Rosie Project'

It sounds like Jennifer Lawrence‘s upcoming film The Rosie Project may have found its director!

According to Variety, Boyhood‘s Richard Linklater is being eyed by Sony to direct the 24-year-old Oscar winner.

The movie “centers on a socially awkward genetics professor who devises a science-based survey to find the perfect mate — only to see those theories splintered when he meets the spontaneous Rosie Jarman (Lawrence), who possesses the opposite qualities.”

It is based on the novel by Graeme Simsion.
