she’s british but she’s not funny. you cannot always get away with rudeness by claiming its just humor.. she failed. unprofessional and talentless hack

  • girl93

She is not funny. Acting like a dumb is not funny.

  • Wendy

Exactly. I’m sick of the “she was being sarcastic”. No, she was being rude. They probably asked those questions because they thought those were the safest….they did call her Carla though lol. oops

  • Domino

They asked her if she read the book of the movie she’s starring in. Come on! Ask a stupid question….

  • Michele V

I can’t say I like her, but she seemed to just being herself and she probably talks sarcastically like that to her friends. And the fact that it was in the morning probably just heightened that.

  • cate

exactly! and hello, you call yourself an “Actor” then ACT like you are a professional, like you are happy to promote it even if you are tired. do your damn job its not rocket science

  • laura

Yeah, but it’s one thing to be sarcastic to your friends who are your age and you know well, but it’s a completely different thing do be so when you’re supposed to be professional and you’re talking to people who is probably twice your age and is doing their jobs since you were born.
    That’s just rudeness!

  • laura

    I SO agree!

  • Melissa B

I get they “asked a stupid question” BUT she is trying to be a movie star so she better put on her big girl panties & act like one – that includes putting the smile on your face & smoothly getting out of interviews. Would Angelina react d that way? No. Granted this is Caras 1st rodeo.

  • Jenny from the flop

so true, she just looks so pissed and mean all the time. she is being narcisistic and should be humbled by all the success she is experiencing. to say “no its not hard, its so easy” is such a tacky thing to say. but then again, most of us dont suck directors d*cks to get jobs, so she may indeed have it easy

  • Jenny from the flop

huh? she kept looking down like a child, and shes a grown woman.

  • Nan

    These interviewers were retarded.

  • sirjonk

I guess an interviewer getting the interviewee’s name wrong is thuper professional you guys.

  • Michele V

Looking down like a child? She was speaking to them via satellite. Who knows where the camera was? Maybe she was looking at them.

  • Wendy

Does that mean she should turn into a bitch? People mess up…her movie still needs promoted, and that interview just made me not want to watch it.

  • krtmom

She definitely looked bored and her attempts at humor fell flat. However, the newspeople could have taken the high road and just moved on.

  • MimiB

What’s stupid about that question? It’s a typical question for actors who make movies adapted from books. All she had to do was answer.

  • laura

Yeah they got her name wrong, so what? It’s not such a common name! If you get THAT upset for something like that at 22, what will you be at 52???

  • Spokane

Cara ‘acting’ dumb is NOT a act.

  • FlakesofSunlite

I kind of expected Carla Delevingne to be a bitch. I would have been more surprised if she was nice.

  • FlakesofSunlite

Spoiled sarcastic brat is soooooooooo not sexy.

  • FlakesofSunlite

DON’T MESS WITH SACRAMENTO! (Look what happened)

  • SquidBillie

She needs to get over herself.

  • Dika

Maybe it would be better if she asked whether she read the script first or the book first. I thought it was rather insulting to be asked something that you know you have to do to get the job right.

  • St

She WAS bratty. Host were rude too. But they went rude AFTER she gave them lazy answers. And had that Kristen Stewarts: “Im bored here with those stupid questions. When can I go” look.

The thing is – you will not get that attitude from Tom Cruise, Channing Tatum, Chris Pratt etc. No matted how stupid questions will be. Thats called professionalism. That was very Lohan like vibe from her.

She probably was un-sleep because was parting and had to wake up early. And was in bad mood. And thing is – she didnt even deliver as star. Movie did not make big money. And ALREADY there is this behavior.

  • Arwa M.

Game of Thrones stars said: most of them they didn’t read the books. So, it’s not a big deal to ask such question.

  • Adamah Matau

She should see Ricky Gervais about British humour

  • Adamah Matau

I actually enjoyed that they didn’t, haha! She was shocked! They basically said, go take a nap, baby, haha

  • Adamah Matau

She’s a model so being interviewed isn’t new territory. I had hoped she was going to have an apology for not being so nice

  • Domino

What’s not stupid about that question? Its basic research an actor does for their role. These anchors are supposed to be asking questions the general public want to know but are either to stupid or to lazy to come up with questions that are interesting. Instead of being pissed off at them for insulting OUR intelligence we blame her cause she wasn’t fake enough to pretend they question wasn’t ridiculous. Really was she not enthusiastic enough for them? Just because they sound like prozac overdosing robots doesn’t mean their guests should.

  • Max

She’s just so pathetic and useless!!

  • Hooty

I’m surprised no one has mentioned the obvious delay in the feed which probably caused some confusion. The anchors were unprofessional and Cara was actually being very classy by trying to answer their questions as best she could. Sure there was a little snark but that’s to be expected.

  • Ause Ekel

That wasn’t British humor, she seemed to be in a bad mood. She’s human but that wasn’t a good interview. Sorry Cara, I have no words to defend you.

  • Jessie

That’s a bit different. Those are very long books.

  • VanityInsecurity

It’s an insult to British people to claim that is how they conduct themselves… can we say PR damage control?
