Ivan Reitman Releases Statement on Rumored Channing Tatum/Chris Pratt 'Ghostbusters'

The rumored Ghostbusters remake that was supposedly going to star Channing Tatum and Chris Pratt is apparently NOT happening, based on this new statement released by the female Ghostbusters reboot producer Ivan Reitman.

“There has been a lot of excitement recently about what is happening with the Ghostbusters franchise. As the producer of the new Ghostbusters film, I feel the need to clarify. There is only one new Ghostbusters movie and that is the Paul Feig directed version coming next July, presently filming and going fantastically. The rest is just noise,” Ivan said in a statement, via EW.

The Paul Feig Ghostbusters is set to star an all-female group consisting of Kristen Wiig, Melissa McCarthy, Leslie Jones, and Kate McKinnon.

So…what did Chris Pratt‘s Instagrams actually mean this morning then!?
