Dakota Johnson Got Her 'Black Mass' Accent from Eavesdropping

Dakota Johnson looks chic while attending the Kering dinner to celebrate creative director Alessandro Michele during Milan Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2016 on Wednesday (September 23) in Milan, Italy.

The 25-year-old Black Mass actress was joined at the event by Salma Hayek, Alexa Chung, Gia Coppola, Karen Elson, and Anna Wintour.

Dakota recently revealed how she formed her Boston accent for Black Mass.

“I’d listen to people. I have a thing about listening and eavesdropping on people,” Dakota told People. “So I’d just listen to people in restaurants. And I worked with a dialect coach a bit and just did my best to practice.”
