'KUWTK' Season 11 Trailer: Kim Kardashian's Pregnancy Problems, Scott Disick Intervention, & More

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians promo trailer for season eleven just debuted and it is promising some major drama.

Some major moments in the trailer include Kim inferring she may have gestational diabetes, Kendall not being pleased Tyga came on the Kardashian/Jenner family vacation, and a major Scott Disick intervention.

“It breaks my heart to see her in pain,” Kris tells Scott in front of Kourtney, Khloe, and Kim.

“It’s been a really hard time going from like having all you guys to having nobody,” Scott answers. “I f*cked up. I made the worst decision I could have made in my life.”

Season 11 is set to debut on November 15.
