James Franco Praises 'Spring Breakers' Pal Selena Gomez

Selena Gomez keeps covered up while heading to dinner at Zuma restaurant on Monday evening (October 12) in New York City.

That same day, the 23-year-old “Good For You” singer was seen wearing a different sweater as she arrived back at her hotel.

“If she were allowed to play [more] roles beyond just teenagers with teen interests, she would show her innate maturity and strength,” her pal James Franco recently told Refinery29. “She has had to face pressures and scrutiny at a young age that most never face in a lifetime. So when she is able to display the strength and leadership she has developed, she shines.”
