John Stamos Charged with DUI, Could Face Jail Time

John Stamos has officially been charged with a DUI following his arrest back in June, TMZ reports.

The documents do not say what the 52-year-old actor was under the influence of on the night of his arrest, but sources say he had taken date rape drug GHB and another non-narcotic drug. Since his arrest, John sought treatment at a rehab facility.

John could face a maximum of 6 months in jail for the charge, though he is a first time offender and it is more probable that he will get probation.
