Justin Bieber tucks his blond hair under a trucker hat while heading to dinner with friends on Monday evening (October 26) in Milan, Italy.
The night before, the 21-year-old “What Do You Mean?” singer hit the stage for a performance at the 2015 MTV EMAs.
