Lena Dunham's Halloween Costume: Planned Parenthood Doc!

Lena Dunham has revealed that she plans on dressing up as a Planned Parenthood doctor for Halloween this year!

The 29-year-old Girls actress wrote about her past Halloween “disasters” in the new issue of the Lenny newsletter. She hasn’t dressed up for the holiday in the last four years because of her failures in the past, which have included two mermaid costumes and Medusa.

“Still, I want to be accepted and to WIN BIG,” Lena wrote. “And this year, I think I may have finally nailed it. I’m going as something newsy, sexy, and cool: a Planned Parenthood doctor!”

Lena has been an advocate for Planned Parenthood over the years and considers people who work for the organization to be real-life heroes.
