Christopher Nolan's Movie 'Memento' Will Get a Remake
Memento, the film that put director Christopher Nolan on the map, is reportedly set to get a remake.
The original film, which was written and directed by Nolan, starred Guy Pearce as a man who “creates a strange system to help him remember things; so he can hunt for the murderer of his wife without his short-term memory loss being an obstacle.”
The movie will be remade by AMBI Pictures, which just acquired the library of Exclusive Media Group, which also includes such titles as Cruel Intentions and Donnie Darko, according to THR.
There’s no word yet on the talent that will be involved with the remake or a timeline for when it will be made.
