Ronda Rousey May Not Be Fighting Again For a While
The UFC has officially put Ronda Rousey on a medical suspension for up to 180 days after being knocked out by Holly Holm at UFC 193 last week.
MixedMartialArts.com released a list of all the fighters who cannot fight for various reasons, and the 28-year-old fighter’s name was on the list. Additionally, Ronda cannot have contact with anyone for 45 days and she is not allowed to partake in a fight for the next 60 days.
Ronda may be allowed to fight earlier than the 180 day suspension, if cleared by a head CT scan showing no damage.
Ronda and Holly will reportedly be getting a rematch, but it looks like that may not happen soon.
