'Pretty Little Liars' Will Finish Run With Final Seventh Season

Pretty Little Liars will end with season seven.

Starring Lucy Hale, Ashley Benson, Troian Bellisario, Sasha Pieterse, and Shay Mitchell, the Freeform series will close out the back half of this season before airing a final seventh season, likely in the Fall.

The network has yet to release a statement, but series creator I. Marlene King confirmed the news.

“I think that this story when we’re back will end next year at the at end of Season 7,” she told Variety.

When asked if she really wanted it to end at Season 7, Marlene confirmed, “Correct.”
