Director James Gunn Dishes On Tom Holland As Spider-Man: He's 'Off The Charts Awesome'

With just five months to go until Captain America: Civil War hits theaters, we’re getting a little sneak peek and praise — from Guardians of the Galaxy director James Gunn.

During a Facebook Q&A, James opened up about the upcoming film and how amazing Tom Holland is as Spider-Man.

“It’s one of the best Marvel movies ever, and I can’t believe what a wonderful job [directors Joe and Anthony Russo] did. And the cast. Oh my God, they’re so good. So it’s an amazing film and people are going to be really excited to see that come summertime,” he shared.

He added about Tom: “Tom Holland is … off-the-charts awesome. Off. The. Charts. Awesome. Off the charts. Truly. Hand to my heart, he’s amazing.”
