Alyssa Milano Voices Support for Breastfeeding in Public

Alyssa Milano let her voice be heard about her stance on breastfeeding in public during an appearance on The Wendy Williams Show, which aired on Wednesday (January 6).

The 43-year-old actress was asked about becoming an advocate for the cause.

“It was kind of shocking that we were that sort of opinionated about something that’s supposed to be so incredibly natural,” Alyssa said.

Wendy said that she was one of the people who were opinionated about it, so Alyssa asked, “What about it upset you?”

“I don’t need to see that,” Wendy said. “Because I just don’t want to.”

The conversation then turned to the sexualization of breasts. “They weren’t — biologically they’re not made for sexual things,” Alyssa said. “That’s what we’ve done to them.”
