Kourtney Kardashian & Scott Disick Fill Out a Registry Together

Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick pick out items from a Williams-Sonoma store for a gift registry on Tuesday afternoon (February 2) in Calabasas, Calif.

The former couple was joined by Kourtney‘s mom Kris Jenner for the shopping excursion. They were joined by a camera crew so we can expect to see this on Keeping Up with the Kardashians eventually!
