Kate Mara & Nikolaj Coster-Waldau Help Honor Visual Effects At VES Awards 2016!

Kate Mara strikes a pose on the red carpet while attending the 2016 VES Awards held at The Beverly Hilton Hotel on Tuesday (February 2) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 32-year-old Martian actress was joined by Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Portia Doubleday, Camilla Luddington and Erika Christensen at the event recognizing outstanding visual effects artistry and innovation in film, animation, television, commercials and video games and the VFX supervisors, VFX producers and hands-on-the-keys artists who bring this work to life.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens and Game of Thrones received the most nominations this year and ended the evening picking up the most trophies with four apiece. Other big winners included The Revenant, which received three awards as well as The Good Dinosaur.
