Bill Cosby's Sexual Assault Case Will Not Be Dismissed
Bill Cosby looks glum as he arrives for the second day of hearings at the Montgomery County Courthouse on Wednesday afternoon (February 3) in Norristown, Penn.
During the hearing, the request of the 78-year-old actor to dismiss the criminal case against him was denied.
Bill had claimed that a former prosecutor promised to not charge him but the judge ruled it was not credible.
He is currently on trial facing charges of an aggravated indecent assault for allegedly drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand at his Pennsylvania home in 2004.
