“I have to preface by saying it’s a comedy but it’s about race, gender, and all of those dynamics that are in politics that are happening in our world right now,” Josh revealed to Seth. “When I read it I thought it was a very smart play about these smart people grappling with these issues that we’re all trying to deal with, but telling it in a way that you can actually hear it because it allows you to laugh. These are difficult things that nobody really wants to talk about and this play, hopefully, allows you to have an enjoyable ride to get into these conversations.”
