Sam Smith Performs For First Time in Two Months at THR's Nominees Night 2016

Sam Smith takes the stage at THR’s 2016 Nominees Night on Monday (February 8) at Spago in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 23-year-old “Stay With Me” singer gave his first performance in two months at the event, which celebrated nominees for the 2016 Oscars.

“I know I said I was only going to do one, but I’m going to bore you for three if it’s OK,” Sam told the crowd. “It feels good to be back and singing, so thank you for listening. We are here for an incredible reason: me and the amazing Jimmy Napes have been nominated for an Oscar.”

Sam and Jimmy are nominated for their song “Writing’s on the Wall” from Spectre.
