Kirsten Dunst Discusses the Difficulties of Being a Child Star
Kirsten Dunst hits the red carpet at the premiere of her movie Midnight Special held during the 2016 Berlin Film Festival on Friday night (February 12) in Berlin, Germany.
The 33-year-old actress was joined by her co-stars Joel Edgerton, Michael Shannon, and Jaeden Lieberher, as well as director Jeff Nichols.
Kirsten opened up during a press conference earlier in the day about what it was like growing up as a child star.
“It’s hard to be a child actress and make sure it’s balanced with school and friends and all that stuff. And I always had that, so I got lucky with growing up in that way,” Kirsten said during the press conference (via Reuters). “But there’s a point with any job you do, if you do it that long, where you question whether it is you want to continue doing that.”
