Justin Timberlake & Will.i.am Sued for Allegedly Copying Song

Justin Timberlake is being accused of copyright infringement.

According to TMZ, the 35-year-old entertainer’s 2006 song “Damn Girl” with Will.i.am was allegedly copied from the 1969 track “A New Day Is Here At Last,” written by Perry Kibble and recorded by J.C. Davis.

PK Music Performance claims they copied “the drum beats, guitar riffs, organ and saxophone” from the song, which they have owned since Perry‘s death back in 1999.

There’s been no word from Justin or Will.i.am‘s legal camp yet.
