Lea Michele Launches Burt's Bees Campaign to Bring Back the Bees

Lea Michele arrives for an appearance on Extra on Wednesday (March 2) in Los Angeles.

The 29-year-old actress has partnered up with Burt’s Bees for a campaign to raise awareness about the world’s declining bee population.

“I think this is an issue that a lot of people may not be educated on, so I wanted to help make people aware of it,” Lea told People.

For every limited edition lip balm purchased, the Burt’s Bees’ Greater Good Foundation will plant 1,000 wildflower seeds.
