Kit Harington Confirms Whether Jon Snow is Alive or Dead

Kit Harington is setting the record straight on the fate of his Game of Thrones character Jon Snow.

At the end of the HBO series’ fifth season, it wasn’t clear as to whether the character was alive or dead and now he is clarifying one of television’s biggest mysteries.

“Look, I’m not in the show any more. I’m definitely not in the new [season],” Kit told Time Out London. When asked if he filmed new scenes for season six, he said, “I filmed some scenes of me being dead – [jokily] it’s some of my best work.”

Kit was asked if he has been clued in to details on plot points for the upcoming season.

“I don’t have a clue. I know how long I’m a corpse for, but I can’t tell you that!” he said.
