Kim Kardashian Reveals How She Lost 42 Lbs. of Baby Weight
Kim Kardashian shows off her incredible curves as she heads into a studio on Friday afternoon (March 25) in Los Angeles.
The 35-year-old reality star has shed 42 pounds of baby weight since giving birth to her son Saint in December and her nutritionist Colette Heimowitz is explaining how she did it.
Colette explained to Redbook that Kim has protein in every single meal, coupled with high-fiber foods and healthy fats. “Sugar, sweets, cakes, crackers, white flour, white rice” are definite no-nos.
She also says Kim is eating about 1,800 calories as day, adding that “A low-calorie diet leaves you hungry all the time, and you need to not be hungry in order to be successful.”
