Lindsay Lohan is NOT engaged to her boyfriend Egor Tarabasov, her rep confirms to JustJared.com.

“The story is untrue and holds no merit,” the 29-year-old actress’ publicist Hunter Frederick said in a statement.

Lindsay and Egor, the heir to the business empire Yeltsin land, have been dating for over seven months and they are now living together, but it seems like marriage is not yet on the table. She recently alluded to “playing house” with her 22-year-old beau in an Instagram post.
