Megyn Kelly Will Interview Donald Trump for Special on Fox

It was just announced that Fox News Channel anchor Megyn Kelly will be interviewing presidential candidate Donald Trump in a primetime special to air on Fox on May 17.

Extended portions of the interview will air on The Kelly File on Fox News the next night.

Megyn famously sparred with Donald while moderating the Republican Party presidential debate in August 2015 and he later refused to participate in a debate she moderated in January.

Donald had a meeting with Megyn on April 13 to discuss an interview.

Megyn said the meeting was at her request. “Mr. Trump was gracious enough to agree to it,” she said (via Page Six). “We met for about an hour, just the two of us, and I had a chance to clear the air. In case you were wondering, yes, the doormen appeared a bit stunned when I walked in. And they, too, were incredibly gracious.”
