Jon Bernthal to Star in 'The Punisher' Series for Netflix!

Jon Bernthal will be playing his role of Frank Castle again in a new spin-off series for The Punisher!

The 39-year-old actor played the role in season two of Marvel’s Daredevil and Netflix has ordered a standalone series for the character.

This is the sixth Marvel series ordered by Netflix. Currently, both Daredevil and Jessica Jones are live on the streaming site while Luke Cage, Iron Fist, and The Defenders are coming soon.

The series order for The Punisher was speculated last summer, but it’s going to become official today, according to Entertainment Weekly.
