Orlando Bloom Wears a Tamagotchi at Met Gala 2016, Just Like Girlfriend Katy Perry!

Orlando Bloom arrives at the 2016 Met Gala held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday (May 2) in New York City.

Although the 39-year-old actor walked the red carpet separately from his girlfriend Katy Perry, the two did wear matching Tamagotchi accessories! If you don’t know, a Tamagotchi is a 90s electronic toy that hatched from an egg and needed to be cared for.

This year’s Costume Institute Gala Benefit – celebrating the opening of the Manus x Machina: Fashion in an Age of Technology exhibition – is co-chaired by Taylor Swift, Idris Elba, Vogue editor Anna Wintour, and Apple exec Jonathan Ive.
