Kristen Bell Opens Up About Her Struggle With Anxiety & Depression:

Kristen Bell got extremely candid about her struggle with anxiety and depression in a new interview with Off Camera.

The 35-year-old actress revealed that she’s battled anxiety and depression almost her whole life, as it runs in her family.

“I’m extremely codependent. I shatter a little bit when I think people don’t like me. That’s part of why I lead with kindness and I compensate by being very bubbly all the time, because it really hurts my feelings when I know I’m not liked. And I know that’s not very healthy, and I fight it all the time,” she explained.

Kristen added, “I got on a prescription when I was really young and I still take it today and I have no shame in that because my mom had said to me, ‘If you start to feel this way, talk to your doctor, talk to a psychologist, see how you want to help yourself.’”

Kristen also discussed how the world “wants to shame” people dealing with mental health issues but that it’s nothing someone should be embarrassed about.

I am single mom…… I have been suffering for panic attacks for some 15 years now, though it was not until recently I understood what they were. They were progressively getting stronger and more frequent, stopping me from some days even leaving my house. One day I said enough is enough.

So i decided to do some research. I learn that panic attacks come from your mind thinking bout a fear. Pretty much you feel threaten. I then came across this

It is so good to see people discussing depression so openly. It really helps lift the stigma that goes with it. I battled depression for years, and I am so grateful that I managed to fight that daemon off. For anyone suffering from depression, I recommend something that has helped me a lot. It is a natural system developed by a former depression and PTSD sufferer, and teaches a totally natural 7 step process which relieves depression from your life.
