Gwen Stefani is pretty in pink after getting her nails done at Planet Nails and Spa on Friday afternoon (May 20) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 46-year-old performer has been getting ready for upcoming performances and she brought her two-year-old son Apollo along to her rehearsal yesterday.
