Donald Trump Has Enough Delegates to Win Republican Nomination

Donald Trump now has the minimum number of delegates needed to clinch the Republican nomination for the upcoming Presidential race, the AP reports.

The 69-year-old businessman now has 1,238 delegates, putting him one ahead of the required 1,237 needed to be awarded the nomination.

Donald could even avoid a contested convention in Cleveland this summer with the June 7 primary approaching. A total of 303 delegates are at stake in 5 states, and it seems that Donald will win a good amount more.

Meanwhile, it appears as if Hillary Clinton will be the Democratic nominee, but Bernie Sanders is still in the race.
